Being able to say yes to my kids because I have the time now? That’s one of my biggest achievements.

I had NEVER been in the beauty industry but I’d always loved brows. I knew how much they changed my own face and confidence, and I was obsessed with watching treatments and learning about the industry. When I realised how powerful this treatment was — not just for confidence, but as a business — something clicked.

I remember thinking:
“If I’m willing to find the money to get my brows done… other women will too.”

And I was right.

The Bit People Don’t Always See

When I qualified, I didn’t just quit my job overnight... In fact the first thing I did was call my mum on the way home from the course and cried, I didn't feel ready or prepared, I was overwhelmed.

However with sheer determination and A LOT of research, trial and error on social media and further online training I invested in (Yes on top of my initial training!) I started to finally feel confident.

Within 12 weeks of finishing my course, I was fully booked with clients and consistently earning £1,000–£2,000 weeks… but I was still working my full-time job.

Why? Because I’m practical. I wanted to balance the risk while building something solid.

So yes — it was hard at times.

I worked evenings.
I used my lunch breaks to answer messages and post on social media.
My weekends were fully booked with clients.

I rented a tiny room in a salon — honestly, it was barely bigger than the treatment bed. But it was mine, and it was the start of everything.

I found a supportive space in the beauty community, built my confidence in this completely new environment, and slowly but surely, my business grew.

Until the day came where I knew…
It was time to leave my job and back myself fully. I quit my current job and it felt AMAZING!

Day 1 – Foundations, Knowledge & Technique

Day one is all about building strong foundations so you fully understand what you’re doing and why.

Understanding PMU

You’ll learn exactly how semi-permanent makeup works, how pigment sits in the skin, and what creates beautiful healed results.

Safety, Hygiene & The Important Stuff - Client safety is everything. We cover hygiene, infection control, contraindications, patch testing, and professional setup so you’re working safely and confidently from day one.
Colour Theory Made Simple - No more guessing. You’ll understand pigment tones, undertones, and how to choose the right colours for different skin types.
Bespoke Mapping & Brow Design - This is one of the biggest confidence builders in your training. You’ll learn my step-by-step brow mapping method to create flattering, balanced brows tailored to each individual face — not a one-size-fits-all stencil approach.

I struggled with mapping for months when I first trained. It knocked my confidence, slowed me down, and honestly cost me time and money while I tried to figure it out alone. That’s exactly why I teach this in a much more personal, guided and bespoke way, so you leave truly understanding it — not just copying lines on a face.

Hair Strokes & Shading Techniques

We break down machine control, stroke patterns, and shading methods so you can start building beautiful, natural-looking results with confidence.

Day 2 – Watch, Learn & Start Working on Real Clients

Day two is where everything starts to come together in a real working environment.

Live Model Demonstration - You’ll watch me perform a full treatment on a live model while I talk you through every step, decision, and technique.
Setting Up for Your First Client - From room setup to consultation forms and client prep — you’ll know exactly how to get ready professionally.
Your First Client – Fully Guided- You’ll work on your own model in an immersive, supportive environment, with me right there guiding you step by step.

1-to-1 Coaching Throughout

You’re never left to figure things out alone. I’m by your side correcting, supporting, and building your confidence in real time.

Q&A and Troubleshooting
We finish the day answering questions, covering common worries, and making sure you feel clear and supported.

Day 3 – Business, Clients & Real Confidence

This is the part that turns a qualification into a career.

Day three is all about teaching you how to actually run a successful, professional beauty business — the part that gives you real confidence because you know how to make money, not just do the treatment.
We'll spend time to debrief - from yesterday's practical and run over anything that's concerning you. Something I never have been offered before on a course, a crucial part of peer to peer learning that again promotes confidence in your work.
Running the Day-to-Day Business - You’ll learn what actually happens behind the scenes — bookings, client communication, policies, and staying organised without feeling overwhelmed.
Social Media That Brings in Clients - How to show up online professionally, what to post, how to attract the right audience, and how to use social media as a tool — not a stress.
Converting Enquiries into Bookings - What to say, how to respond to messages, and how to turn interest into paying clients without feeling awkward or “salesy”.
