My name is Amelia and I am based in Winsford, Cheshire. My love of permanent makeup started when I first had my own brows tattooed 6 years ago, I felt my confidence and general facial appearance improved so much with brows! I was blown away. During this time products and technique have really developed. I use high end, quality pigments and materials. I love transforming confidence, self-esteem and peoples lives through the power of permanent makeup.
